Loyalty Program Terms and Policies
- Free membership.
- 11th free night possible in a suite, with payment of a small additional charge.
- Club Elite members must be of legal age at the time of joining.
- Some date restrictions may apply, depending on events in the city and depending on availability. from the hotel.
- Reservations of rooms eligible for the program must be made directly with the hotel (in person, by telephone or on our website www.hotelwelcominns.com) and not via a intermediary (travel agencies, Expedia, Booking or other platforms).
- Free rooms, rooms reserved by an agent or an online reservation center are not eligible for the loyalty program.
- Group reservations are not eligible for the loyalty program.
- The number of nights is attributed; is not transferable to another guest or a third party. There will be only one holder on the account and only the holder will be able to accumulate and benefit from free nights.
- The freeé only covers accommodation costs. Any other costs being payable; the customer's responsibility.
- In case of no-show for a room reservation courtesy, the free night will be debited from your account.
- Companies cannot benefit from free nights by their employees.
